And I learnt that vulnerability was dangerous in my domestic violence with my dad and his wife and Then I left and I lived with grandparents. I had no idea how healing at all would feel like I had no idea how to begin healing.so I spent many years after that not being able to show my true feelings to my Friends and my family. And then the world stopped and froze due to a global illness then I was forced to sit with myself. And then the Spritual teacher that changed my life. Was on YouTube talking about such Powerful vulnerability about his own drugs and drinking addiction and his Recovery and Sacred Spritual path and then its like the Spritual teacher that changed my life. And I started to love him.and then there was one dark mental health night in the lockdown when it was
10.30pm at night where I was struggling and I needed something Quick and something New then I scrolled on instagram and I found A new medation the Spritual teacher that changed my life. I saw it and I thought I will try it. I had never done medation before that but I tried and that was the first time I took a real deep breathe since I left my traumatizing house of hell. So That medation was life changing. So now I can't ever thank the Spritual teacher that changed my life.meeting the Spritual teacher that changed my life in person would be a Huge Privilege and a great hounor.
